Welcome to Women Reset. By creating an account or using our website and app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The service

Women Reset provides general wellness education, a 7-day reset plan, trackers, and a journal. It is not medical, psychological, or professional health advice. See our Wellness Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Women Reset.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Premium is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, billed via Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Content ownership

We own the app, its design, and its educational content. You own the personal content you enter (journal, tracker data). You grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women Reset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
