Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Women Reset premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you'll keep premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Sign in to your Women Reset account.
2. Go to Account.
3. Click Manage subscription — this opens the secure Stripe billing portal in a new tab.
4. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, then automatically stops — no further charges.

Trouble cancelling? Email support@radiantpathwellnesscoaching.com and we'll cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Refunds

• Monthly plan: Because our monthly plan is low cost and cancels immediately at period end, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Yearly plan: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial yearly purchase and haven't used the service extensively, email us for a full refund.
• Duplicate or accidental charges: Fully refunded — just contact us.
• Technical issues that prevented use: Contact us and we'll make it right, typically with a refund or free extension.

How to request a refund

Email support@radiantpathwellnesscoaching.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
